Facilitation + Workshops

You’re here because you’re looking to build personal and organisational capacity. You’re looking for a highly skilled and emotionally intelligent facilitator that understands your sector and can speak directly to your situation. You’re here because you’d rather stab yourself in the face with a fork than sit through another completely irrelevant workshop again…

For companies

Great facilitation can make all the difference during times of challenge, growth and transformation. Great facilitation draws out strengths, allows you to be present in the room and builds the capacity of individuals as well as the team.

Facilitation is co-designed with clients to achieve the best results and can be tailored directly to your needs.

I also design bespoke facilitation sessions for board retreats or staff development days and can bring in additional collaborators to work with us to ensure you get the most from your workshop. Just get in contact and we can talk about what you want to achieve!

New offerings for 2026 include a series of pre designed workshops focussed on Design and Systems Thinking for Emerging Leaders and Collaborating with Integrity

For communities and industry sectors

If you want to deepen the understanding of your community or sector, design policy and programs with impact- then get in touch- I’d love to help make that happen for you!

We have a selection of workshops ideal for individual creatives, social justice, health or arts workers or can custom build sessions.

Great facilitation can draw out possibilities and get to the heart of the challenge, creating the gateway through it. Great facilitation involves deep listening, weaving multiple viewpoints and emotional intelligence. Together in a space that is safe enough to transform in we can put in place plans we never thought were possible.

A group of people seen from behind, wearing dark jackets, with one person wearing a purple knitted hat in the foreground. The setting appears casual and indoors.

“We first connected with Kath in 2021 when she was a recipient of RAA’s the National Regional Fellowship program. Since completing her Fellowship, Kath has worked with us in the delivery of Artlands 21 and was the lead facilitator for the virtual national Artlands Roundtables in 2023 and will be part of the central facilitation team for Artlands 23.

Kath brings together professional and emerging artists and creative practitioners alongside organisations and teams. She seamlessly straddles creative strategy and facilitation and her diverse experience is invaluable in challenging creative thinking and exploring new models.

In all my connections with Kath, she has always demonstrated professionalism and diligence and has been a pleasure to work with. I personally value her intelligence, rigour and honesty and look forward to an ongoing connection.”
