You’re here because you’re looking to build personal and organisational capacity. You’re looking for a highly skilled and emotionally intelligent facilitator that understands your sector and can speak directly to your situation. You’re here because you’d rather stab yourself in the face with a fork than sit through another completely irrelevant workshop again…
Great facilitation can make all the difference during times of challenge, growth and transformation. Great facilitation draws out strengths, allows you to be present in the room and builds the capacity of individuals as well as the team.
Facilitation is co-designed with clients to achieve the best results and can be tailored directly to your needs.
I can also design custom built facilitation sessions for board retreats or staff development days and can bring in additional collaborators to work with us to ensure you get the most from your workshop. Just get in contact and we can talk about what you want to achieve!
We also offer a series of pre designed workshops focussed on building integrity, resilience, sustainability, strategic thinking, capacity and imagination.
If you want to understand your community, design policy with impact or develop a holistic perspective then get in touch- we’d love to help make that happen for you!
Great facilitation can draw out possibilities and get to the heart of the challenge and can be the gateway through it. Great facilitation involves deep listening, emotional intelligence and the capacity to draw threads of connection, acknowledging blockages; appreciating diverse points of view and developing pragmatic pathways that connect.
Ecosystem mapping is another great way to bring your board, community sector or organisation together to dive deeply into your interconnectedness, interdependencies and relationships.
For artists + arts workers
We have a selection of workshops ideal for individual artists or arts workers including ‘How To Talk About Yourself Without Sounding Like a Wanker” which looks at impactful ways that communicate who you are, what you do and what you’ve achieved in a way that connects with your values and your audience.
The “Building a Sustainable Professional Life in the Arts” workshop connects you to the emotional, financial and creative pathways that build a life that fulfils you and doesn’t burn you out.

All workshops can be delivered digitally if required.
Kath is a generous facilitator who has the skills and ability to rapidly create a warm and safe space. She guides, shapes and provokes the conversation while holding space for the participants to make their own discoveries.

INTERSECT PROGRAM PARTICIPANT 2020
Kath provided facilitation of board meeting via zoom from Tasmania with members participating from Victoria and New South Wales due to the second wave of stage three COVID-19 restrictions in Victoria. Her calm, warm and thoughtful approach to preparation for and facilitation of that meeting was exactly what we needed.
She provided creative ideas for how best to connect old and new board members in a virtual meeting space, her suggestions for what would be most productive for us all to bring to the discussion to push the work forward were spot on.
Kath was also able to read the ‘virtual’ room during the meeting, allowing rich discussions to develop but stepping in when necessary. I was very grateful to have her assistance through what was otherwise a frustrating and challenging time for us all.
